Our property valuers practice in full accordance with the Australian Property Institute Code of Ethics, Rules of Conduct and Valuation and Property Standards.
We are acutely aware of the financial stress that may arise from family breakdowns and separations. We are therefore proud to offer our services at affordable rates, without compromising on quality.
Our valuers are API certified and have significant experience providing Expert witness valuation reports for the NSW court system.
Our valuers can be jointly appointed to provide family law valuations as a Single Expert Witness, or independently engaged to act exclusively for one side.

Requests can be made through our website or via email for a report or quote. We will promptly contact you to confirm our fee and arrange property access for inspection with the nominated parties.
A valuer will attend the property to conduct a full inspection. We will not engage in private conversations about value estimates or figures during this process.
Our valuation report will be provided in accordance with our instructions, often emailed to both solicitors simultaneously.
As is common practice for these matters, we expect all communications about the property to be sent to all parties.
Family law valuations are usually provided within five business days of undertaking the property inspection. Please call us directly if your matter is urgent.
Let our specialist valuers provide you with certainty to help you make well-informed decisions.
