Requests can be made through our website or via email for a report or quote. We will promptly contact you to confirm our fee and arrange property access for inspection with the nominated parties.
A valuer will attend the property to conduct a full inspection. We will not engage in private conversations about value estimates or figures during this process.
Our valuation report will be provided in accordance with our instructions, often emailed to both solicitors simultaneously.
As is common practice for these matters, we expect all communications about the property to be sent to all parties.
Family law valuations are usually provided within five business days of undertaking the property inspection. Please call us directly if your matter is urgent.
